If you're on the hunt for wedding accessories, then you've probably come across ForYourParty.com. They offer a wide range of products that help personalize your special day. For most brides, it's these finishing touches that help bring together your wedding decor, and color palette. Hence, the demand for good quality products. So, with that in mind, we've written an honest review about the products we've received from ForYourParty.com. Here we discuss the good, the bad, and everything in between. Hopefully, this will help you make up your mind on whether these wedding vendors deserve your hard-earned cash! Sounds good? Well, let's dive on in. *Please note, I'm by no means a professional photographer (as you can probably tell). However, I wanted to show you what these products looked like in natural daylight, on a good quality camera phone (The Latest Google Pixel). That way, you don't have to take my word for how I describe the quality of these products!

Stir Sticks

Signature cocktails have become increasingly popular at weddings. So it's no wonder we've fallen in love with personalized barware. This trend's taken off because cocktails and they're accessories are easily customized to suit any kind of wedding theme. Whether you dream of having a traditional white wedding or want to rock a festival afterparty, these barware accessories cater for all tastes and personalities. Therefore, I was eager to see what ForYourParty.com had to offer, and I have to admit, I was nothing but impressed. The range and quality of the stir sticks they provide are excellent.

Pros:

  • Their foil stamped designs are high quality, and classy. You can't tell from the pictures, but when they catch the light, they have a slight shimmer to them. This adds a touch of glamour without appearing garish.
  • As you can see below, there are loads of designs to choose from (the examples in the picture don't even scratch the surface on the choice available). You can virtually have anything personalized on these stir sticks: your initials, wedding date, location, wedding hashtag, etc. You name it and providing there's enough room to print it, they'll do it for you.
  • Alternatively, if you prefer imagery, you could opt for one of their gorgeous pre-programmed designs.
  • Or, if you want to thoroughly shake things up, their customizing software is super simple to use (this point is applicable for all of the below products)
  • They're eco-friendly
  • They're suitable for both hot and cold drinks (they make a lovely addition to after dinner coffee, especially for rustic themed weddings)
  • Plus, they can be used as novelty food skewers. If you decide to use them for this purpose, we recommend opting for the oval-shaped stir stick. They're slightly shorter and have a pointer bottom.

Cons:

  • Their online store displays a minimum order of 100, which isn't ideal for intimate weddings.

Personalized Cups

We love personalized plastic cups, they're much easier to handle than glass. There's always a glass tumbler that gets cracked on route to the wedding venue or gets knocked over and smashes during the wedding reception. If you're looking to host a wedding with a more laid-back style, then plastic cups are the way forward. In the pictures below you see two stadium cups (in two different sizes) and a frost-flex cup. This is what I thought about them...

Benefits

  • They have loads of colors and styles to choose from.
  • You can use your own designs if you have something specific in mind.
  • They use relatively thick plastic for the stadium cups, so they look and feel high quality. Put it this way, you wouldn't find these in your local pound store!
  • Please note: I tried scratching the design off, and it wouldn't budge. The printed logos are excellent.
  • There's a minimum order fo 50, which is way more practical in comparison to the stir sticks.

Downfalls

  • As you can see, green on yellow isn't aesthetically pleasing and doesn't photograph well (especially in comparison to the other designs). However, that's just my personal preference, and you can opt for different colors or re-create your own design using their customizing tool.
  • The frost-flex cup, although good quality, isn't as sturdy as the stadium cup. So, bare that in mind when you're making your choice!

Cocktail Napkins

We can't get enough of cocktail napkins, so naturally, we LOVED, that ForYourParty.com had a plethora of designs, styles, sizes, and materials to choose from. These napkins fall into three categories the 3-ply (available in two sizes), the 4-ply, and the linen-like (available in two sizes). I have to say, if you're thinking of purchasing these, the linen-like napkins are by far superior in quality. They're slightly more substantial in weight which is great because it limits the likelihood of them crinkling during transport. That isn't to say I didn't like the 3-ply napkins, I just feel the linen-like ones are better value for money and look a bit classier. However, as much I liked the 3-ply napkins, I wouldn't recommend the tye dye design because the colors weren't distinct enough. This resulted in the napkins looking stained! You can see what I mean from the pictures below: 31950440_2039163516111134_2025413315873734656_n However, here are some of the beautiful designs I couldn't get enough of- 3-ply to the left, and linen-like to the right. Luncheon Napkins

Luncheon napkins are ideal if you're hosting a buffet style dinner for your guests, and are great for tieing together the style of your wedding. The review of this product is slightly shorter than the one I did for the cocktail napkins because they use exactly the same materials (3-ply, 4-ply, or linen-like) So, the only real difference is the size. Therefore, I won't bore you by repeating the same pros and cons. The critical take away from this, is that linen style napkins are better quality. Although the serviettes in the picture below aren't the linen kind, they give you a better idea of the fabulous designs ForYourParty.com has to offer. wedding vendors Did you like these napkins? Heather Dinner Napkins

HOLD THE PHONE EVERYONE. This is by far my favorite out of all the napkins sent to me. Now, I hate to sound overdramatic, but as a wedding blogger, these things get me excited. If you're looking for a high-quality napkin, that's soft and almost material-like, then this is the napkin for you. It's perfect if you're looking for something that looks and feels great, but isn't as formal as traditional looking napkins made from white cloth. So if you're hosting a rustic, vintage chic, festival, or a garden party wedding-theme, these napkins would be a perfect addition! Coasters

Custom coasters are absolutely adorable, and perfect for dressing up the tables at your wedding reception. Your guests won't necessarily be expecting you to go to so much effort, so they're sure to remember these kinds of gorgeous details! Check out these cute samples! Pictured below you see examples of the following:
  • A square coaster
  • A circular coaster with foil detailing
  • A photo coaster
  • A scallop-edged coaster
I won't make a pro and cons list for these because I have nothing but praise. They're sturdy, they're high quality (no scratch marks even when I scrape my nails across them), and the designs are immaculately printed. However, if I have to fault these at all, I would have to say that the scallop-edged coaster despite looking pretty, doesn't feel as robust as the others. So, that might be something to consider when choosing your style of coasters. wedding vendors To explore more coaster designs, click here.

Straw Flags

Straw flags are both a fun and unique way of dressing up your drinks. Especially, if you're having a signature cocktail. Here at Cake and Lace, we can't get enough of the little details that help make weddings so beautiful, so naturally, we're obsessed with this wedding accessory!

Pros

  • The holes are pre-punched for your convenience.
  • The paper looks and feels high-quality.
  • You can choose from a vast array of colors and shapes when styling your straw tag.
  • Matching straws are available to ensure the perfect fit

Cons

  • The sample sent to me wasn't water resistant, so you need to keep these tags high up on the straw. The last thing you want is a soggy piece of card floating in your guest's drinks. However, if you position these tags correctly, this shouldn't be an issue!

Place Cards

Place cards are a wedding staple, so there's a good chance you'll look at a lot of these before making any final decisions. They're one of the easiest ways to ensure your guests know where to sit and massively help overcome any awkward confusion. Not only that, they provide another opportunity to demonstrate your beautiful choice of wedding theme. Again, I won't bother doing a pros and cons list for this particular product because the pictures below pretty much speak for themselves. However, what I will add, is that the cardstock is of excellent quality, as is the printed design. Plus, the minimum order is 25 and the maximum 25,000, which makes ordering easy for both smaller intimate weddings and grand, lavish affairs. Naturally, the more you order, the better deal, so depending on your style of wedding you could be in for a bargain! What About Shipping?

Sadly, they don't offer free shipping. However, there's a flat fee of $9.95 (as long as you don't order over 5,000 pieces) if you're ordering from the U.S.

Please note they ship outside the States. However, your shipping costs are calculated when you head over to the checkout.

Once my order was placed I received a text (almost immediately) from FedEx, with the info I needed to arrange a delivery time slot, and to track my parcel.

Alternatively, you can track your goods from ForYourParty.com, directly. Just type in your order number and hit the 'track' button, and you're good to go!

What about packaging?

I'm based in the UK, and I can confirm that all of our samples were excellently packaged (I completely forgot to take photos of this when I opened the box, I was too excited to see what was inside, so you'll just have to take my word for it). The goods came in protective packaging (predominantly bubblewrap) and were placed inside thoroughly taped cardboard boxes. Only one of the 3-ply barware napkins came slightly folded, so all in all, they did a great job of getting everything over to us safely.
