Summers in Oregon the past few years have been filled with fires and smoke, but this past summer was the worst by far! When Kristyn, Ryan and I met at the venue , Events on the peak, just a few weeks before her special day, she expressed how sad she was and hoped that the fires would ease up a bit by her wedding day. Well, someone was listening. There was a change in the wind direction, and for just a couple days, our valley was free from smoke! Just in time for Kristyn and Ryan’s special day! And even though the fire hazard was still high, so that meant Kristyn could not get her sparkler send off, we still had one amazing send off! With cell phones in hand with the flash light turned on, Guests lined the path to send them off at the end of their amazing day!

Both Kristyn as well as Ryan played a huge part in all the details of their wedding. Giving careful attention to every last detail. It was stunning! And truly enjoyed by all. This couple is so loving and kind, so generous. They are loved by so many, and it was clearly evident during their celebration. This special day was not just about uniting their souls, but their families and friends as well. I was honored to be a part of their special celebration of life and love and to have captured these beautiful moments for them!
