Mountaintop Fall Wedding in South Carolina: Sarah & Luke
from the photographer... "Sarah and Luke dated for ten years before embarking on the journey to becoming husband and wife. As a photographer, it was a joy to capture these two because of how comfortable they were with each other. They had no wedding day jitters or stress over things running smoothly; it was all about their happiness and becoming one that day. We had a dream team of vendors to work with that created a beautiful Boho-Chic style wedding for Sarah and Luke. The bride wore a unique fully sequined gown by Sarah Seven with a delicate crystal halo in lieu of a traditional veil. Her something blue was a new sapphire gold band, a gift from her groom. The groom wore a custom-made tux with monogrammed cufflinks, a gift from his bride. The ceremony took place at Founder's Hall at the Reserve at Lake Keowee. Cocktail hour was help by the lake and a majestic Sperry tent sat at the top of the hill overlooking the mountains for the reception. Mary with We Took to the Woods worked wonders with amazing centerpieces with rich jewel-tone florals, fall leaves, and tiny persimmons. She also supplied the custom-made candles that the couple gave as favors. Luke Wilson Events orchestrated the day beautifully and ensured everything was perfect, and The Michel Jons band kept the black and white checkered dance floor full all night long."
