from the planner… “Sally and Kai are a wonderful couple from Boston, and they decided to have their wedding in Tuscany as they love great food and great wines, and the special landscapes of Tuscany! Kai fell in love with the most wonderful open-air abbey we have in Tuscany, San Galgano (Siena), which is why they decided to plan their civil ceremony there. Later, all guests were moved to the elegant Castello La Leccia, a beautiful winery in Castellina, in the heart of Chianti! After the ceremony, a rich aperitif was offered to guests at sunset, and a beautiful photo booth provided a lot of fun.”

“Sally’s selected color palette was blush, delicate pink, and ivory. The style was elegant and modern, which was portrayed with vases at the ceremony, a long mirror runner and centerpieces at the reception, and hundreds of candles falling from the trees. The atmosphere was magical at sunset, and at night guests enjoyed a great dinner prepared by Michelin-star chef, Filippo Saporito from La Leggenda dei Frati (Florence). The couple absolutely decided to have a very simple meal and traditional meal with high-quality ingredients. A tiered traditional mille-feuille full of berries delighted guests, and at the moment of the cake cutting the bride decided to gift her husband with an incredible spectacle of fireworks; Kai was incredibly surprised and couldn’t believe it! Then they had their first dance, and the guests danced all night long in front of a fantastic live band.”
