from the photographer... "Two years ago I met Karen, and she became an instant lifelong friend. When her and her fiancé first met, she thought he didn't like her! He didn't ask her out because he thought she was in a relationship with someone else. When he heard that other guys were taking her out, he realized – oh wait! She's free! So he asked her out, and they talked every day since. They did two outfit changes, both following their wedding color theme of deep burgundy and dark blue. The first was a casual, nice leggings/jeans and shirt outfits, the last was a beautiful floral dress from DownEast Basics. They wanted gorgeous outdoor photos that highlighted the beautiful desert landscapes of Arizona, so we chose the Salt River location. Little did we know before the photoshoot that we would find a swing over the river that would create stunning images of him swinging her in her beautiful dress over the river! The dreamy sunset, perfectly coordinated outfits, and gorgeous, happy couple made this session an absolute dream."
