Here's the story about how this glorious hotel wedding came to be!

It was early May 2016, and the family were planning to spend the weekend on Orca Island and have a big dinner by the waterfront.

Vicky & Austin had been dating at that time for about 5 years. She had no idea that it was that weekend that everything in her life would change!

Night was closing in, and the water reflected the beauty of the sunset. Vicky and Austin were enjoying the breathtaking views when he went down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

Someone commemorated that moment by taking a photo of them. And, she said YES!

A few months went by, and wedding preparations were in full swing. The first time the photographer heard from Vicky+Austin was in October 2016.

Shortly after that, we were off to the University of Washington for an engagement photo shoot. This place was an obvious choice for their engagement session, as both of them studied there. This venue is packed with happy memories of their early relationship.

For their wedding venue, the couple chose the posh yet modern Pan Pacific Hotel located in the heart of downtown Seattle.

Her gorgeous dress from Samila Boutique was accompanied by stunning Louboutin heels. There were 8 bridesmaids and groomsmen, composed of Vicky and Austin’s close friends and family.

Vicky and Austin chose fabulously unique centerpieces. Not flowers, not décor, but as lovers of travel, each table had a cut-out of the city they'd traveled to, and a photo of them there!

Also, the custom-made macaroons were too cute to miss. Guests and bridesmaids enjoyed conveniently placed flat shoes for those who got tired of wearing heels- this was a thoughtful touch!

The venue offered a stunning view of Seattle’s iconic Space Needle, and the gorgeous sunset just highlighted the scenery. It was like nature’s way of saying “Congratulations to the newlyweds!”

All in all, it was one unforgettable day and a perfect beginning for Mr. & Mrs. Delaney. May your journey together be filled with love, laughter, and happiness.
