from the photographer... "After struggling with the location for this dreamy shoot, we finally settled on a private home in Murphys, California. The outside patio was perfect to set up the sweetheart table! While looking around we spotted this cute little wine barrel that I envisioned putting the cake on for the cake table and it worked out so well! Once our models and florals arrived it was game time. Everything was beautiful. The dress is vintage, and our lovely wedding coordinator and stylist hand-dyed the gown to a pearl grey lavender and boy was it stunning. This was such a unique gown and made the entire shoot come to life! And because everything else about this shoot was fairly extravagant, we kept the florals to a minimum. The amazing Sweet Lilacs Studio was able to make a gorgeous centerpiece for the sweetheart table, and the bouquet boutonniere consisted of beautiful succulents that added a good amount of texture to this dreamy and airy shoot. Overall I was so happy with how everything turned out. Down to the lavender macarons and lavender flavored cocktails!"
