From the photographer: From inside the prestigious San Francisco City hall to the rustic, yet romantic Sutro baths I hoped to capture the years of memories, along with the inspiration and hope of their future together. [supsystic-gallery id=57 position=center] I suggested something formal and elegant to blend in with the iconic white marble architecture that the capitol building is known for. Sarah's fashion sense really shines through with her selection of an ivory lace maxi dress, which I think really stands out against the columns and the arches. For contrast, I thought going with something more free-flowing and bold would stand out well with the light at Sutro baths, and give us an opportunity to use the natural winds coming off the ocean. Sarah's red backless dress really made her pop against the scenery. You can even see it brightly reflected in the water in some of these compositions.
